Description: Riverside company is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist/Administrative Assistant to join their team! Position will be responsible for performing complex financial and technical accounting transactions as they pertain to the preparation and maintenance of accounts payable, accounts receivable and maintenance of the general ledger. Position will also provide high-level clerical support to a team, performing clerical duties and skilled tasks that may include data entry, preparing reports and conducting research.
Position Requires: Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred, 5 years of experience in a related role required, working knowledge of accounting concepts such as debits, credits, accruals, refunds, payment terms and discounts, ability to process a high-volume of invoices and related documents, proficiency with MS Office, experience with Sage a QuickBase a plus!
