Description: This position supports the Controller of a fast-paced company. Duties will include tracking handling supply purchases, data entry into multiple spreadsheets, reconciling credit card statements, preparing asset/overhead/lease/membership schedules, maintain vendor/consultant insurance records, processing expense reimbursements, maintaining company toll accounts, assisting with accounts payable/receivable/payroll and other duties as assigned.
Position Requires: Associates degree in accounting preferred, and 2-4 years of accounting experience required. Excellent communication and grammatical skills. Must be able to work in a deadline driven department.
