Construction Laborer

Riverside Contracting Inc. is seeking laborers to assist across multiple crews, including dirt and pipe, concrete, asphalt, crushing, and other construction teams. Riverside road construction projects extend throughout Montana and Wyoming. Ideal candidates take pride in their work, value safety, and can work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Start Date and Location – ASAP. Travel is required. Work locations will change as the season progresses however we are currently looking for laborers in the Swan Lake, MT area

Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal

Wage: $32.03 - $33.08 hourly

Qualifications:

· No previous experience necessary, willingness to learn and perform labor

· Know or learn proper labor techniques as to not injure yourself or others

· Able to lift moderately heavy items and shovel dirt/concrete easily

· Safety conscious and effective work ethic

· Ability to work in inclement weather (hot summers with manual labor)

· Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions

· Ability to work flexible or extended hours depending on weather and project schedule

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings

Responsibilities:

· Perform manual labor outdoors as directed

• Be dependable, arrive on time and on schedule
• Complete tasks efficiently and effectively
• Work well with a team and independently
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

Pay: $32.03 - $33.08 per hour
