Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of all electronic gaming equipment, slots and table games, to ensure minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot and repair all electronic gaming equipment to the component level
- Effectively communicate all operational and technical breakdowns and provide solutions to team members
- Investigate slot variances to identify and correct all possible causes for reported variances per company policies
- Investigate all slot cheating attempts, malfunctions, and substandard equipment repair within all assigned areas.
- Contribute to the leading edge culture of Rivers Casino by helping foster innovation for the growth of the team and the company
- Assists all departments in providing outstanding guest service to all patrons for an overall excellent customer experience
- Adhere to all policies and procedures in order to maintain compliance with all regulatory bodies, both internal and external
- Identify and report unethical and illegal behavior in accordance with all company and regulatory standards
- Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of the Rivers Casino – Des Plaines ICS.
- Other duties as may be assigned
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, technical training preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Comfortable with repetitive transactions
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including weekends and holidays
- Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, twisting, bending and lifting
- Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
