RiverMead, a premier not-for-profit LifeCare Community, is seeking caring, reliable, and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) to join our exceptional healthcare team. Were looking for a Baylor shift LNA, 7am - 7pm, Saturday and Sunday, with the possibility of one week day.

Shift Differentials:

2nd Shift: $2.00/hour

3rd Shift: $2.50/hour

Responsibilities:
-
Provide direct healthcare services under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
-
Assist residents with daily living activities to ensure physical and emotional comfort

Accurately observe, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions
-
Promote safety, dignity, and respect in all interactions
Qualifications:
-
Completion of a nursing assistant course meeting federal/state requirements
-
Active LNA license in the State of New Hampshire
-
CPR certification required
-
Minimum of 3 months experience in long-term care preferred

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
-
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
-
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Knowledge and Abilities:

Understanding of the unique care needs of the geriatric population

Ability to assess and interpret data related to residents’ status and adjust care accordingly

Strong documentation and observational skills
