Shift:
Baylor Weekends 7A-11P Saturday and Sunday
Work 32 hours and get paid for 40 hours!

Duties
- Supervise nursing staff during weekend shifts, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
- Coordinate patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and medical documentation in accordance with hospital protocols and EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Oversee clinical procedures including IV insertion, catheter care, sterile technique, airway management, and tube feeding to maintain safety and compliance standards.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols while managing patient records, medical imaging reports, laboratory results, and medical documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate discharge planning from or admission to the facility.
