We are growing and looking to add a Full-Time Lawn Care, Landscaping & Snow Removal Team Leader to join our team! We currently service properties in the Cape Girardeau & Jackson, Mo area for mowing and snow removal. During the Winter we provide our services to the Cape Girardeau area and also the St. Louis Metro Area for Commercial Snow Removal. We are looking for somebody who can run a crew safe, efficiently, start the day off in a good mood to boost other members of the team to have a good day, someone who is a self-starter, goal driven, good with time management, understands policies and rules, and can work with the other Team Leader to acheive daily, weekly and yearly goals. Duties include but not limited to weekly maintenance of client properties, mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing with handheld or backpack blowers. Install mulch, trimming bushes, trimming low hanging tree branches, applying fertilizer, weed control, grass seed, driving truck with trailer, operating snow blower, skid steer, snowplow truck and other duties as assigned during winter. Experience in lawn care and snow removal is required. Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license. Saturdays are mandatory when scheduled. When the winter storms happen, we operate in shifts 24 hours a day until we are done. Must be flexible to fluid situations like weather. For team members who stay on for the entire year, you can expect incentives from time to time, end of year bonus and a fun work environment. This position is required to have at least (2) years experience of commercial mowing of providing these services to residential and commercial clients.
Pay: $41,600.00 per year
