What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Crew Member (year-round potential) position at Riverbend Mowing & Outdoor LLC?
We are growing and looking to add a Full Time Lawn Care, Landscaping & Snow Removal professional to join our team! We currently service properties in the Cape Girardeau & Jackson, Mo area. We are looking for somebody who is a self-starter and goal driven. Duties include but not limited to weekly maintenance of client properties, mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing with handheld or backpack blowers. Install mulch, trimming bushes, trimming low hanging tree branches, applying fertilizer, weed control, grass seed, driving truck with trailer, operating snow blower, skid steer, snowplow truck and other duties as assigned during winter. Experience in lawn care or snow removal is PREFERRED. Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license. Saturdays are mandatory when scheduled. When the winter storms happen, we operate in shifts 24 hours a day until we are done. Must be flexible to fluid situations like weather. For team members who stay on for the entire year, you can expect incentives from time to time, end of year bonus and a fun work environment. This position will also help with snow removal in the winter, so this position has the potential for year-round income and also growth within the company if you can show potential.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
