Compensation

• $21.00-$25.00 per hour
• Starting pay based on experience
• Full-time, year-round employment

What You'll Do

• Prepare boats, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, motorcycles, trailers, and other recreational vehicles for sale and customer delivery
• Wash, detail, inspect, and organize dealership inventory
• Move inventory throughout the dealership and storage areas
• Load, unload, trailer, and transport boats and powersports vehicles
• Operate forklifts and dealership equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership lot
• Assist customers during pickups and deliveries
• Support the Sales, Parts, Service, and Operations teams

What We're Looking For

• Passion for powersports, boating, fishing, hunting, camping, or the outdoor lifestyle
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors in all Minnesota seasons
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stay active throughout the day
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license

Bonus experience includes: vehicle detailing, trailer towing, forklift operation, landscaping, farming, construction, shipping & receiving, inventory management, or marine and powersports dealerships.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Typical hours: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Additional hours during spring selling season and fall winterization
