River Valley Power & Sport is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support our Red Wing North Store and Marine Center. This is a hands-on role that keeps our dealership running by ensuring parts, accessories, inventory, and vehicles move efficiently between departments, vendors, and customers.
Whether your background is in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, distribution, parts, manufacturing, automotive, powersports, RV, agriculture, or heavy equipment, we'd love to meet you.
Compensation
- $21.00-$25.00 per hour
- Starting pay based on experience

What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory and freight
- Package and ship parts and products to customers and vendors
- Coordinate inventory transfers between our Red Wing locations
- Load, unload, and organize parts, accessories, boats, and powersports units
- Deliver inventory to the Sales, Parts, and Service departments
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, or distribution preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors throughout Minnesota's seasons
- Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Passion for powersports, motorsports, boating, or the outdoor lifestyle
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
Schedule
- Full-time, year-round
- Monday-Friday
- 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays during peak seasons, special events, or operational needs
