for all. Position Summary: The Clinician at River Valley Counseling
Center provides trauma-informed mental health assessment and treatment
to individuals, families, and couples. This role includes developing and
adjusting treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation,
collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with
regulatory standards. The clinician promotes culturally responsive,
strengths-based care while supporting clients through crisis
intervention, community referrals, and ongoing therapeutic support.
Qualifications: Required: Education Level - Master\'s degree in human
Services, Counseling, Clinical Psychology Or Social Work Licensure
LMHC, LMFT, LCSW or LICSW in the state of MA Certifications: CANS
Skills/Abilities: Ability to provide services to clients across the
lifespan, including children, adolescents, and families; must be open to
working with clients from pediatric through geriatric populations and
committed to providing inclusive, affirming care to diverse populations,
including LGBTQIA individuals Availability to work evenings and
Saturdays to meet client needs Excellent verbal and written
communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building
skills Crisis intervention and de-escalation skills Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage
documentation and maintain accurate records Proficiency with basic
computer systems and electronic health records Knowledge of legal and
ethical standards within the profession Strong customer service and
client engagement skills Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Prior
experience providing therapy or clinical services to children,
adolescents, and families (3 years of relevant clinical experience)
Schedule & Availability: Full time 30 hours a week Preferably available
for a minimum of two evening shifts per week Preference for candidates
able to provide in-office services at least once weekly Pay: RVCC offers
two types of pay structures! Our Fee For Service Structure allows our
part time & full time clinicians to create their own schedule allowing
amazing flexibility while also earning paid sick time! Our Salary Plus
structure offers a base salary for full time clinicians with the
opportunity to earn extra money while receiving amazing time off
benefits such as vacation, holiday, personal and sick time! Salary
Range: Fee For Service - \$35 - \$51 per billable hour Salary Plus -
\$52,000 - \$60,000 base annual salary Salary ranges are based on years
of experience, level of education, specialty and
Licensure/certifications. Additional Compensation For Advanced Education
for qualifying positions. Hiring Bonus: Up to \$2,500 for Master Level,
Unlicensed Clinicians Up to \$3,500 for LCSW Up to \$4,000 for
Independently Licensed Clinicians (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, Lic. Psychologist)
