Revital Rehab Services is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team at River Terrace Retirement Community, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Bluffton, IN. This flexible, as-needed role is ideal for a compassionate clinician who enjoys making a meaningful impact while maintaining schedule flexibility.
In this role, you’ll work closely with an Occupational Therapist to help residents improve daily function, regain independence, and enhance quality of life through personalized, hands-on care.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
Provide direct therapy services to improve residents’ ability to perform daily activities
Monitor, document, and report resident progress
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued progress
Qualifications:
Active COTA license in the state of Indiana
Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a flexible PRN capacity
Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred (but not required)
