Revital Rehab Services is hiring a Part-Time/PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehab team at River Terrace, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Bluffton, Indiana. In this rewarding role, you’ll help residents regain independence and improve their ability to perform everyday tasks—making a lasting impact through compassionate, hands-on care.
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals
Provide direct occupational therapy services that promote independence, safety, and daily function
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality rehabilitation
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques to support ongoing progress
What You’ll Bring:
Active Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) in the state of Indiana
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
