Pre-Licensed Therapist / Mental Health Clinician

RiverRock Counseling is seeking a motivated, compassionate pre-licensed therapist to join our growing outpatient mental health practice as a 1099 contractor.
This opportunity is ideal for clinicians pursuing LPCC licensure in Minnesota who are looking for quality supervision, flexibility, and a compensation structure that recognizes their value. Therapists who already have an established caseload are encouraged to apply, though we also welcome motivated clinicians committed to actively building their practice.

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient individual therapy services via telehealth and/or in person
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Complete assessments and treatment planning
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards
- Collaborate professionally regarding client care and practice operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related mental health field
- Currently pursuing independent licensure in Minnesota
- Eligible to practice under supervision
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Motivated, dependable, and growth-oriented
Clinicians pursuing LPCC licensure are strongly preferred, as supervision is provided by a Minnesota Board-approved LPCC Supervisor.
