Licensed Mental Health Clinician

VIBE Integrated Health is growing, and we’re looking for full-time Licensed Clinicians to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN.

While this position is labeled as Hybrid, this role will eventually become mostly In-Person upon us finding a larger space come Jan. 2027. We want to see your beautiful face as much as possible. If you have an appointment during the day and it's closer to your home, go for it. If you have your kids soccer game at 4:00 and it saves you sitting in traffic for 2 hours, go for it. We've all been there.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate both mental health therapy and holistic wellness practices.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for mental health treatment and integrating complementary holistic therapies as appropriate.
• Collaborate with a team of holistic providers, including Yoga Therapist, Nutritionist, Ketamine Providers, and mindfulness experts, to ensure a seamless and integrative approach to client care.
• Document sessions, track client progress, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings, contributing to treatment planning and collaborative care efforts.
• Provide clients with the support they need to achieve long-term healing, incorporating both traditional mental health approaches and holistic wellness practices.

Qualifications:

• Must be Licensed (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP) in the state of MN.
• Experience in conducting individual and group therapy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to document treatment plans, client progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for working in an integrated healthcare setting, blending traditional and holistic approaches.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
