What You'll Do
You’ll clean residential and commercial properties throughout the Richmond area, including routine maintenance, deep cleans, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleaning. Duties include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, and providing friendly, professional customer service.
This is a physical, active job that involves standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, using a backpack vacuum, and moving throughout the day. You may also work in homes where pets are present.
Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Full-time: generally 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Part-time: generally ending around 2:00–3:00 PM, depending on start time
What You’ll Need
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Your own reliable personal vehicle
- Current auto insurance
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
Who We’re Looking For

We’ll teach you our way of cleaning and support you every step of the way. You’ll receive a full orientation and approximately one week of hands-on training with a trainer, with opportunities to continue growing into training, inspection, supervision, and leadership roles.
