What You'll Do
You’ll clean residential and commercial properties throughout the Richmond area, including routine maintenance, deep cleans, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleaning.
Your day may include:
- Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
- Sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
- Using a backpack vacuum
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
You may work independently or with a team. This is a physical, active job involving standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, and moving throughout the day. You may also work in homes where pets are present.
Schedule
Monday–Friday — No Nights or Weekends!
- Full-time: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Part-time: 7:30AM - generally ending around 2:00–3:00 PM, depending on start time
What You'll Need
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Your own reliable personal vehicle
- Current auto insurance
- Smartphone with an active data plan
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed
- Dependable, punctual, hardworking, and ready to work

We’ll teach you our way of cleaning and support you every step of the way. You’ll receive a full orientation and approximately one week of hands-on training, with opportunities to continue growing into training, inspection, supervision, and leadership roles.
