Vindy Cleaning is hiring a Daytime Residential/Commercial/Property Cleaner to help keep our clients’ properties clean, orderly, and ready for the day.

Our team services a variety of locations, including offices, apartment communities, short-term rental properties, bed and breakfast accommodations, property turnovers, and other commercial spaces. Every location has different needs, so we value team members who are adaptable, responsible, and committed to delivering dependable results.

The Role

Hourly Rate: $17.00–$20.00, depending on experience, reliability, and job performance

Hours & Schedule:

• Part-time morning and daytime availability
• Primarily weekday assignments
• Service at offices and other client properties
• Local travel between scheduled locations
• Paid training included

Your Day-to-Day Work

Your responsibilities may include:

• Preparing offices and client spaces by completing routine cleaning duties
• Dusting, wiping, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and maintaining assigned areas
• Checking your work to make sure spaces meet company standards
• Completing daily assignments within the expected timeframe
• Following company instructions, procedures, and property-specific requirements
• Handling cleaning materials and equipment with care
• Keeping management informed of completed work, concerns, or supply needs
• Moving between different service locations when assigned
• Maintaining a courteous and professional presence while working at client properties

As you become familiar with our operations, there may be chances to take on additional responsibilities such as assisting with inspections, helping new team members, supporting clients, or participating in special projects.
