Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee landscaping and maintenance operations. Duties
- Supervise daily operations of greens and fairway cutting and maintenance, landscaping and maintenance teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards.
- Oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, tree care, and gardening.
- Manage irrigation systems and ensure proper installation and maintenance.
- Coordinate with team members to execute construction projects related to landscaping.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices in landscaping and maintenance.
- Develop schedules for routine maintenance tasks and special projects.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, including lawn care, tree care, gardening, and horticulture.
