Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Pro Shop Attendant to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while managing the retail operations of the pro shop. Must be available to work Sundays.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their golf needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on products based on customer preferences.
- Maintain phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking reservations.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Experience in supervising staff is beneficial but not mandatory.
