Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender and Server to join our team. $5.00 per hour plus tips. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience. As a Bartender and Server, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, taking orders for and serving food, maintaining the bar area, and providing excellent service.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and health standards while preparing drinks.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or banquets to ensure seamless service.
• Utilize time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending and serving experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Knowledge of food safety practices in the food industry is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in catering or banquet services is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of retail math for managing tabs and processing payments.
