- Advanced Jira administration, reporting, and dashboarding
- Jira Automation (Native Jira Automation, JavaScript, Rovo)
- Senior-level Scrum Master coaching experience Experience supporting multiple teams or an ART Serve as a coach at all levels — coaching teams on execution and flow, and coaching leaders and managers on Agile mindset, decision-making, and trade-offs Prepare and coach teams for PI Planning, Pre-PI Planning, and In-Quarter Execution Drive readiness across backlogs, dependencies, risks, and capacity Deep understanding of Agile metrics (flow, predictability, WIP, throughput) Preferred: SAFe certification (SSM, SASM, RTE, SPC) or equivalent experience
