• Strong SAFe Agile experience

• PI Planning and ART-level coordination

• Advanced Jira administration, reporting, and dashboarding

• Jira Automation (Native Jira Automation, JavaScript, Rovo)

• Senior-level Scrum Master coaching experience

• Experience supporting multiple teams or an ART

• Serve as a coach at all levels — coaching teams on execution and flow, and coaching leaders and managers on Agile mindset, decision-making, and trade-offs

• Prepare and coach teams for PI Planning, Pre-PI Planning, and In-Quarter Execution

• Drive readiness across backlogs, dependencies, risks, and capacity

• Deep understanding of Agile metrics (flow, predictability, WIP, throughput)

• Preferred: SAFe certification (SSM, SASM, RTE, SPC) or equivalent experience
