- oRequirements Gathering: Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to translate complex business needs into efficient system requirements
- .Module Configuration: Hands-on configuration and support across core Workday modules (including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Financials)
- .Integration Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain robust integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
- .Reporting & Analytics: Build advanced custom reports, interactive dashboards, and complex calculated fields
- .System Optimization: Troubleshoot deep system, data, and integration defects to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- .Release Management: Lead impact analysis, testing, and deployment strategies for bi-annual Workday feature releases
- .Data Governance: Maintain data integrity, strict security matrices, and compliance with global organizational standards
- .Enablement: Provide high-touch tier-3 user support, create clear technical documentation, and deliver stakeholder training
