A global, multi-asset trading organization is seeking a Trading Operations Specialist to support multiple trading desks across key U.S. locations. This is a hands-on, front-office aligned role working closely with traders, researchers, technologists, and relationship managers to optimize operational workflow, enhance tooling, and ensure smooth execution across the trade lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct front-office operational support across multiple trading desks
- Act as process owner for existing functionality while identifying and driving workflow enhancements
- Partner with traders to understand risk tools and evolving desk needs
- Support, improve, and expand trading tools, ensuring alignment with firm-wide systems and technology standards
- Collaborate with engineering to upgrade tools and implement new technology solutions
- Gain deep expertise in proprietary trade capture, P&L, risk, treasury, and inventory systems
- Perform daily trade and position reconciliations with clearing houses, brokers, and counterparties
- Own daily P&L calculation and substantiation
Experience & Skill Requirements:
- 2-6 years in front, middle, back-office or risk roles supporting listed or OTC products
- Experience with futures, options, OTC products, or derivatives strongly preferred
- Exposure to fixed income, commodities, FX, crypto, or other macro asset classes beneficial
- Proficiency in Python required; knowledge of SQL, Git & Linux is a plus
- Experience working closely with trading teams in an active execution environment
- Strong analytical ability with the skill to break down issues, propose solutions, and implement change
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/economics/quant field — or equivalent professional experience
- Able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and ownership
Salary : $110,000 - $165,000
