As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will manage and optimize operations across our e-commerce platforms to drive growth and ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include managing product listings, analyzing sales data, coordinating with internal teams to optimize inventory and pricing strategies, and implementing promotional campaigns. You will also monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable insights to improve user engagement. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify) and familiarity with online marketplace management.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, track metrics, and identify trends.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to coordinate product listings, promotional campaigns, and inventory.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO for e-commerce, and customer engagement techniques.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing product descriptions and content updates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), as well as familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is a plus.
