Job Summary
The Inside Sales Rep will make outbound calls on service invoices and leads not sold in the field and utilize the best practices necessary to achieve department sales goals.

Sales Development Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
- Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals
- Perform load calculations and determine heating and cooling requirements
- Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team
- Create confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing
- Become an expert of your market area, know the customer’s needs
- Help set and achieve ambitious sales plans, and propose expansions

Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM with some flexibility required to work earlier or later if required
