This role is for an Auto Sales Representative responsible for providing insurance quotes, advising customers on coverage options, and converting quotes into policies. The position offers a base salary of $41,000-$47,000 with the potential to earn up to $60,000 annually through performance incentives, bonuses, and shift differentials. Candidates should have 2 years of sales experience, a high school diploma (college preferred), and excellent communication skills. Licensing training is provided, and the role includes professional growth opportunities, licensing, and continuing education at no cost. Work involves managing customer interactions, assessing needs, and promoting coverage solutions. Flexibility includes in-office training with options for remote work.
