About the Role
We are seeking an Account Manager to support and grow a dynamic territory across Miami and South Florida. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a relationship-focused, consultative B2B environment and is excited about both managing existing accounts and developing new business.
This is a high-impact opportunity to step into a well-established territory with strong growth potential across diverse industries including packaging, commercial printing, agriculture, logistics, and export markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan
- Build strong relationships with customers across multiple industries
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored, value-added solutions
- Actively prospect and re-engage dormant accounts
- Maintain and manage a CRM pipeline and sales activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and execution
Qualifications
- 2 years of B2B sales experience (packaging or commercial printing preferred)
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Experience in consultative, solution-based selling
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Self-starter with a competitive and growth-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Background in packaging, corrugated, or industrial distribution
- Experience working with commercial printers or manufacturing clients
- Exposure to export or Latin America-related business
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus
Work Environment & Territory
- Territory based in Miami and across South Florida
- Majority of accounts within a reasonable driving distance
- Remote when not visiting clients
- Flexible office presence with a new office opening soon
