Working with a growing, profitable company looking for a hands-on Accountant to own the books at the site level across two operating locations. This is a great fit for someone who likes stability, autonomy, and a predictable schedule.

The Role

This is a site-level accounting role focused on clean, accurate financials, not overly complex accounting. You will be the go-to person for day-to-day accounting while partnering closely with leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Own general bookkeeping for two locations

• Run payroll

• Handle month-end close

• Manage inventory tracking and reconciliations

• Support budgeting (in partnership with FP&A)

• Oversee AP/AR accuracy (with support staff)

• Report financials to the holding company

• Ensure margin and profit accuracy

Who They’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of accounting experience

• Background in site, plant, or operational accounting

• Comfortable working independently

• Experience in construction or similar environments is a plus

• Titles like:

Controller | Senior Accountant | Site Accountant | Plant Accountant | Accounting Manager (IC) | Construction Accountant
