Regional Manager, Continuous Improvement
North East Region (Covering MA, CT, RI, NH, NJ, PA)
Travel: Approximately 50% across the North East region
Overview:
We are partnering with a well-established, multi-site manufacturing and distribution organization to hire a Regional Manager, Continuous Improvement. This is a newly created, high-impact role designed to lead lean transformation and process optimization across multiple facilities in the North East.
This position is ideal for a hands-on continuous improvement leader who has built lean programs from the ground up, knows how to earn buy-in from operations teams, and is excited to make a visible, measurable impact across several plants.

What You Will Do
- Implement and sustain lean practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Standardize processes across multiple plants
- Train and coach teams on lean tools and best practices
- Lead initiatives using 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Kanban, and Value Stream Mapping
- Analyze KPIs and performance data to drive results
- Partner with plant and operations leaders to build buy-in
- Present progress and improvement plans to leadership
- Ensure all improvements align with safety and sustainability goals
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience in continuous improvement, lean, or operations leadership
- Proven success driving measurable improvements in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution
- Strong knowledge of lean methodologies
- Experience leading workshops, Kaizen events, and change initiatives
- Ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams
- Lean or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred
