Overview:
We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization that is looking to bring on a hands-on Accounting Manager to support their Controller and help lead a team through a period of transformation and growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys stepping into evolving environments, building structure, and making a real impact across accounting operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor accounting staff, including direct oversight of Accounts Payable
- Manage day-to-day AP operations (invoicing, payments, vendor management)
- Support month-end and year-end close (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations)
- Oversee inventory accounting, including reconciliations and month-end adjustments
- Review financials (P&L, balance sheet, GL) and perform variance analysis
- Ensure accurate reporting in compliance with GAAP
- Help improve processes and strengthen internal controls
- Support ERP transition efforts (Amtech/EnCore) and system improvements
- Assist with projects like transitioning from check payments to ACH
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years of accounting experience with increasing responsibility
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Manufacturing experience (inventory, raw materials, etc.) is a big plus
- Experience with ERP systems (Amtech/EnCore preferred)
- Someone who is organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Salary : $95,000 - $105,000
