Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will drive new business growth for the company’s commercial division, targeting modular building dealers, workforce camps, educational institutions, and general contractors. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role focused on expanding market share, strengthening partnerships, and creating long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the commercial and institutional markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with modular dealers, workforce housing providers, educational facilities, and general contractors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer pain points, and competitor offerings.
- Track and report key performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market feedback.
