What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Adjustment Counselor position at Rising Tide Charter Public School?
Rising Tide Charter Public School is seeking a full-time School Adjustment Counselor to join the Wellness team of our Middle-High School for the 2026-2027 year. The Adjustment Counselor promotes social, emotional, and behavioral well-being in the school community, provides counseling services and education to students and support to the staff around student mental health issues.
Rising Tide Charter Public School (Rising Tide) is a Massachusetts charter public school. Rising Tide serves approximately 600 students in grades 5-12 from towns in the school’s designated region. Rising Tide is a free public school that provides an academically challenging environment and high standards in a safe, small, and rewarding setting. Teachers develop the curriculum based upon the schoolwide objectives, benchmark skills, and subject area essential questions; the curriculum is aligned with the Massachusetts State Frameworks. Candidates must be a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Social Work

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
