Field representative

Position Summary
The Field Marketing Representative is responsible for increasing community awareness of Rising Stars' services through face-to-face outreach. This role focuses on distributing marketing materials, attending community events, building relationships with local organizations, and representing the company in a professional and engaging manner.

Responsibilities

• Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials throughout assigned communities.

• Hang door hangers and posters in approved locations.

• Set up and represent Rising Stars at community events, health fairs, and local gatherings.

• Staff marketing tables and engage with community members.

• Educate individuals about Rising Stars' programs and services.

• Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, providers, and community leaders.

• Identify new outreach opportunities, events, and partnerships.

• Assist with grassroots marketing initiatives and awareness campaigns.

• 
  Maintain an inventory of marketing materials and request additional supplies when needed.

• Take photos and provide summaries of outreach activities.

• Track daily outreach efforts, including locations visited, materials distributed, and community contacts made.

• Represent the organization professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with the public.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout assigned territories.

• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.

• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

• Previous marketing, community outreach, or customer service experience preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with local communities and organizations.

• Bilingual is a plus.

• Ability to lift and transport marketing materials and event supplies.

• Maintain accurate outreach logs and reports.

• Develop new community partnerships and referral opportunities.

• Represent Rising Stars in a professional and positive manner.

Reports To: Marketing Director / Outreach Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Work Location: Field-based throughout assigned service areas.
