In this role, you’ll deliver both remote and on-site technical support to customers throughout North America, handling troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and installations.
This role is ideal for a Technician with hands-on experience in the printing or mailing systems industry, strong communication skills, and a desire to work in a customer-focused role.
The Role:
- Provide remote and on-site technical support
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis and installations at customer sites across the US and Canada
- Travel to customer sites approximately 30-50% of the time during peak periods
- Monday to Friday role
The Person:
- Technical background in electro-mechanical equipment
- Hands-on experience with mailing or printing systems
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout North America (valid passport and driver’s license required)
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
