Are you a Project Manager with experience in modular or residential construction, looking to join a growing business offering real progression and long-term opportunity?

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of project delivery within a modular construction environment, managing projects from early works through to installation and completion. You will play a key role in coordinating site activities, managing technical documentation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The Role:

* Lead delivery across modular construction projects from pre-construction through to completion

* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal site teams

* Oversee RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project documentation using project management software

* Manage scheduling, cost tracking, and progress reporting to ensure projects remain on program and budget

* Travel to site weekly to oversee installation and ensure smooth project execution

The Person:

* Experience as a Project Manager within modular or single-family residential construction

* Strong understanding of project delivery, site coordination, and project controls

* Confident using construction management software such as Procore, AutoDesk, or similar

* Able to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward autonomously
