In this role you will support high-volume recruitment (local and international), employee relations and engagement, investigations, and workforce/labor matters in a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will also support international employee and visa transitions and be trained to back up payroll administration where needed.

The Role:
- Lead local and international recruitment in a manufacturing environment
- Support employee relations, investigations, and engagement initiatives
- Assist with workforce/labor matters and union negotiations exposure
- Support international employee and visa transitions and admin tasks
- Mon–Fri days (7-8am start); 1 remote day every 2 weeks
The Person:
- HR experience within manufacturing, distribution, or similar (blue-collar / hourly workforce exposure)
- Non-union workforce experience essential (union exposure highly advantageous)
- Workday / SAP / similar HR systems experience and strong communication/organization
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is highly advantageous (not essential)
