The Role:
- Lead and develop your own team of technicians
- Drive KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
- Oversee electrical preventative maintenance and process controls
- Schedule labor and coordinate maintenance activities
- Support training and development of team members
- Monday-Friday, days role
The Person:
- Previous leadership experience
- Background in Manufacturing, Production, Automotive, Pharma, CPG, or relevant environment
- Electrical background with automation / PLC experience (Allen Bradley advantageous)
- Any lean manufacturing experience would be highly advantageous
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
