This family-owned company has build an outstanding reputation over the decades in the commercial construction industry. Due to continued growth they are seeking an assistant project manager to help and grow the team and manage some of their most high-profile projects.
In this role, you will be shadowing the project manager to supervise the day-to-day client relationships and liaising with departments to manage schedules, budgets and maintain a smooth and high quality construction process.
This role would suit an assistant project manager who is looking for career progression and the chance to make a significant impact on the local construction industry.
The Role:
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Subcontractors and Vendors to ensure work progresses.
- Lead and coordinate quality control meetings, Support safety planning.
- Prepare and review submittals, RFIs, change orders.
The Person:
- Experience in construction project management or coordination
- Ground up Commercial construction experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore.
