What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Project Manager position at ISP Millwork?
We are looking for a driven, organized, and accountable Assistant Project Manager who thrives in a fast‐paced, high‐expectation environment. This role is not for someone who wants to simply ‘help’ — it is for someone who wants to own responsibilities, solve problems, and grow into a Project Manager role.
You will be directly involved in real project execution including scheduling, cost tracking, vendor coordination, and client communication. You will be expected to anticipate issues before they become problems and keep projects moving forward.

· Help enforce company safety standards and quality expectations
· Provide regular status updates to leadership
