You’ll also spend time in the details:
- Reviewing reports and performance metrics
- Meeting with ownership and investors
- Making decisions that directly impact financial and operational success
- Support residents through life transitions
- Build trust with your team
- Create a culture where people feel seen and valued
- Leading all day-to-day operations of a 55 active living community
- Driving leasing performance, renewals, and occupancy goals
- Holding your team accountable to high standards and follow-through
- Managing financial performance, reporting, and operational metrics
- Preparing for and participating in ownership and investor meetings
- Supporting and aligning with lifestyle programming and resident engagement
- Creating a strong, service-driven team culture
- Ensuring residents feel connected, supported, and at home
- 3 years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily or 55 communities
- Experience with active adult strongly preferred
- Strong background in financial reporting, KPI tracking, and operational performance
- Proven ability to lead teams and hold accountability
- Experience driving both leasing performance and resident retention
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal awareness
- Comfortable presenting, communicating, and engaging with ownership groups
- Someone who is passionate about the work — not just qualified for it
- $75,000 – $80,000 salary, based on experience
