We’re seeking a Property Manager who can bring that vision to life — a leader who understands the unique needs of the active adult lifestyle and knows how to balance heart, hospitality, and high performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Required: Proven experience managing or leasing in a 55 active adult or senior living community
- Strong understanding of reporting, budgeting, and financial management — you’re confident with numbers and committed to transparency
- Demonstrated sense of urgency in achieving leasing goals and maintaining high occupancy
- Comfortable leading outreach and social media marketing to drive awareness and engagement
- Inspiring leadership style that motivates teams to perform at their best
- Deep understanding of Fair Housing regulations and industry best practices
- Tech-savvy and experienced with property management systems (Entrata preferred)
- A heart for service and community — you lead with empathy, communication, and care
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations, leasing performance, and the overall resident experience
- Lead, train, and empower the leasing, maintenance, and service teams
- Drive occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction through relationship-driven leadership
- Manage financial performance, including rent collection, budgeting, and reporting
- Partner with vendors and ensure maintenance excellence throughout the community
- Plan and support events, programs, and engagement initiatives to enhance resident life
- Collaborate with corporate and regional teams to meet community and company goals
