What You’ll Do
- Lead the full lifecycle of modular construction projects from preconstruction through installation and closeout ensuring excellence in quality, safety, and delivery.
- Manage relationships with U.S. Air Force base officials, federal contracting officers, and local authorities, coordinating site access, compliance, and approvals.
- Partner with architects, engineers, and factory teams to align modular fabrication with field installation schedules.
- Oversee project budgets, cost controls, and reporting using Procore or equivalent platforms.
- Drive accountability among subcontractors, ensuring adherence to RISE standards and DoD construction requirements.
- Lead jobsite meetings, inspections, and QA/QC reviews with precision and purpose.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and service, living out RISE’s core values on every project site.
- 7 years of progressive construction management experience ideally in modular, panelized, or federal/military construction (NAVFAC, USACE, or AFCEC).
- Deep understanding of federal contracting, safety compliance, and site logistics in controlled environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong financial and scheduling acumen; ability to forecast, problem-solve, and adapt.
- Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or Primavera.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- PMP, QC Management (USACE/NAVFAC), or similar certification preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide.
