What You'll Be Responsible For
- Supporting the daily operations of the community
- Assisting with resident relations and customer service concerns
- Reviewing resident accounts and supporting collections efforts
- Processing applications, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
- Maintaining accurate resident files and property records
- Supporting occupancy and retention goals
- Assisting with leasing activities and prospect follow-up as needed
- Preparing reports and supporting property financial performance
- Partnering with the Property Manager to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Helping create a positive experience for residents and prospects alike
- Previous property management experience preferred
- Assistant Property Manager experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Entrata or similar property management software is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Financial, leasing, and resident relations experience preferred
