About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI, and a strong foundation in statistics and data engineering. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building scalable, trusted reporting solutions, and transforming data into actionable insights. Proficiency in DAX, Power Query and Python is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards that support executive and operational decision-making.
• Use Power Query for sophisticated data transformations.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy through comprehensive validation and error handling processes.
• Leverage statistical techniques to explore data patterns and support business cases.
• Collaborate with third party clients to support ETL processes, and source integrations.
• Use Python for data manipulation, automation, and exploratory data analysis (e.g., pandas, NumPy).
• Communicate findings clearly through reports, presentations, and data storytelling tailored to business stakeholders.
• Document logic, calculations, and assumptions to ensure transparency and data literacy across teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 0 - 2 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence role.
• Proven expertise in:
• Power BI, including interactive reports, visual design, and performance optimization
• Understand the basic concept for querying and joining data across multiple source.
• Strong background in statistics and quantitative analysis
• Foundational understanding of data quality and accuracy checks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
