Food & Beverage Intern – Job Description

Pay: $22.50 per hour

Job Types: Full-Time, Temporary

Work Location: In person

About the Role

We are seeking Food & Beverage Interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience across the F&B Division. Interns will assist in the Lobby Bar & Pool areas, while also gaining exposure to:

• The Front Yard Restaurant
• Banquets
• In-Room Dining

During high business demand, interns may be asked to support other areas of the hotel to ensure smooth operations and to broaden their understanding of hotel management.

Cross-Department Exposure

Interns will also spend time with other hotel departments, including:

• Housekeeping
• Guest Services
• Revenue Management
• Sales
• Catering
• Human Resources
• Marketing

Interns may request additional time in departments of interest to further develop their knowledge and skills.
