Job Summary
Step outside the traditional hospital system and serve as the central medical resource for a vibrant summer camp. This role empowers you to practice with high autonomy, managing daily pediatric health, acute triage, and preventative care while enjoying the unique rhythm of a community-focused, outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive medical attention, encompassing emergency triage, routine first aid, and medication distribution

Maintain secure, up-to-date, and highly accurate health logs and incident reports for all campers and faculty

Perform initial wellness evaluations during intake and continually monitor community health trends all season

Act as the primary medical liaison, updating parents and guardians regarding camper health with professionalism and clarity

Partner with camp directors to enforce safety protocols and navigate any emerging clinical situations seamlessly
Minimum Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or valid Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) credential in good standing

Valid, current certifications in First Aid and CPR

Commitment and willingness to live on-site for the full duration of the summer program

Highly collaborative demeanor, capable of adapting easily to a shared, community-living environment
Ideal Qualifications
