We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, hospitality-oriented bartenders to join our team. As a bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order entry and cash handling.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
• Assist in banquet services as needed, providing support during events.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given.
• Participate in pour checks and cocktail trainings
• Ability to push out drinks at a high pace
• Maintain standards and service quality under pressure

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or high-volume setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safe alcohol serving guidelines.
• Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Experience with cash registers or POS systems is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
