About The Role
The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of manufacturing facilities by performing routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and structural systems. This position requires a hands-on approach to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and infrastructure to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards. The technician will collaborate closely with production teams to schedule maintenance activities that align with operational demands. By maintaining the integrity of machinery and building systems, the Maintenance Technician directly contributes to the overall productivity and quality of the manufacturing process. This role demands a proactive mindset to identify potential issues before they escalate, ensuring continuous and reliable facility operations.

The required skills such as plumbing, mechanical repair, and electrical wiring are essential for diagnosing and fixing a wide range of equipment and facility issues encountered daily.
