Project Coordinator

Ring & DuChateau Consulting Engineers is a leading engineering consulting firm that specializes in providing innovative solutions for the built environment. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the project management team in all aspects of project delivery. This includes coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources, as well as maintaining communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. You will also be responsible for tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing solutions to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

- Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the project management team.

- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact on project delivery.

- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and reports.

- Collaborate with project team members to ensure project goals and objectives are met.

- Maintain project documentation and records in an organized and accessible manner.

- Monitor project expenses and ensure they are within budget.

- Assist in the coordination of project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

- Support the project management team in any other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

- 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.

- Knowledge of engineering principles and construction processes.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
